Who uses SitePad on my server?
Your hosting customers. Once it is licensed on the server, each account can open the builder from its control panel and publish a site to its own domain.
How is the Sitepad license activated?
Enter your server's IP address at checkout. As soon as payment clears, the license is active on that IP and your dashboard shows the one SSH command that installs it. No license key is needed.
Can I move the license to another server?
Yes. Change the license IP from your dashboard whenever you need to, at no cost.
Which billing periods can I choose?
Monthly, Quarterly, Semi-annual, Annual, 2 years, 3 years, Lifetime. Lifetime is a single payment that covers a 10-year term.
Can I get a refund?
No. Licenses are non-refundable once activated, because the license cost is paid out at activation. If you are not sure the product fits your server, ask us before you buy.
